So here are the first 3 I've made. My goal is to make at least10, ideally 12. Once I'm done I'll probably add some glitter to make 'em sparkle!

November 23, 2009 at 11:35 PMCathey: Yeah they're made out of little rolled up paper strips. It's called quilling. It's a tad time consuming to make them but so worth it.
